Prior to 2024 North Carolina would publish abortion data in the spring.  Recently this information is being released later and later each year.  As abortion pills are now used in nearly 70% of abortions, we also know that abortion pills sold is not equal to abortion pills used.    While abortion proponents want us to believe abortions have increased since Roe was overturned, we can see that pro-life laws are saving lives through an increase in population numbers.  It is important that we know our work is making a difference, and also that there is still work that needs to be done.
