Judge Catherine Eagles, Middle District of the Federal Court, temporarily enjoined the ultrasound portion of the Abortion-Woman's Right to Know (WRTK) Act passed by the General Assembly this past summer. She will hold a hearing in early December to determine if she will permanently enjoin the ultrasound requirement. A group of ob-gyns, post abortive mothers, and pregnancy centers have asked the court to allow them to intervene in support of the law.
