High School Senior to be Featured Speaker
Stephan Isaac is a senior at Notre Dame High School in Easton,
Pennsylvania.
He is youngest son of Mrs. Rebecca Isaac and the late Dr. Mal Isaac. As
part of the Speech and Debate program at his school, Stephan
participated in the Jane B. Thompson Oratory Contest, sponsored by the
National Right to Life Committee, in which students must write and
present a 5-7 minute pro-life speech on abortion, euthanasia, or stem
cell research. After winning first place at both the local and state
levels of the contest, Stephan went on to represent the state of
Pennsylvania at the national level, held during National Right to Life's
annual convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Competing against students
from around the country, Stephan won first place at the national level.
Motivated by his pro-life beliefs, Stephan founded the first pro-life
organization at his high school, entitled, N.D. L.I.F.E. (Life Is For
Everyone). Stephan currently serves as the President of the
organization. After high school, Stephan hopes to attend a Washington,
D.C.-area university and major in either International Relations or
Political Science.
Also,
Other Featured Speakers at the Rally will be Dorothy Timbs and Charlene
Carey.
